Yes. You can absolutely work from home, or in your car and on the go!  However, you’ll need to maintain a professional image. If you work from home, we do require that you have a virtual office for a mailing address and a professional place to meet with clients. We also require that your home office is free from personal noises & interruptions during business communications. If your home setting is not properly equipped, we do require that you lease a low-cost virtual office space.

Generally, you Do Not need a real estate license to sell manufactured homes located in mobile home communities. However, some states do require a license or simple registration to sell mobile homes. The rules vary state by state so please Contact Us to find out the rules in your state. 

Unfortunately, we only award franchises to owner-operated franchisees. Studies have shown that owner-operated franchises have higher success rates and out perform non-owner-operated franchises.
